About The Boy
I’m Michael, your intrepid author. Besides keeping a blog, I’m an avid motorcyclist, target shooter, computer geek, director, photographer and more… I may have too many hobbies. I’ll be forty soon. I was married for 17 years… I’m not any more. I have two kids, one of them a teen-aged boy. I love him anyway. The other one is a girl, I love her too… at least until she starts dating.
About The Bike
Affectionately known as “Precious”… she’s a 2005 Kawasaki ZZR-1200. She tried to kill me in late 2005… fortunately she failed. I don’t think she meant it. I still love her too. We had a lot of adventures last year and have big plans for this year too. To me, she represents a sort of freedom. Nothing clears your mind like a spirited romp along lesser traveled roads.
