you know..I've had a dvr box now for a month and we still don't have it hooked up because we don't have cable in the living room. When I get all the boxes unpacked and moved DH has to run a cable from the basement up to the living room so we can use it. How lame is that? Who ever heard of not having cable in the living room? Of course there are no phone jacks in the bedroom either so what do I know...
I hope your box gets fixed soon..

Dear Michael,

Thank you for your concern, we strive to be the best provider of cable television that you are forced to use. We apologize for the inconvenience that you have had to endure with our upgrades. They are there to provide better service to you, as we frantically try to keep people away from satellite and internet TV. Once again, thank you for your money. We'll try to find an upgrade to the upgrade, so that your DVR will work okay.

Love,
Comcast
