February 6 @ 11:29 pmAs promised, I attended a screening of the new Eddie Murphy movie Norbit tonight. I would describe the experience as being very much like a soldier falling on a grenade to save the lives of his squad mates. I have seen the movie now, and there is no reason under the sun for you to ever have to do the same.
No really, avoid this one like the plague. This may be the worst movie I have ever had to sit through. Years from now, I will still be telling myself while exiting a bad movie, “Well, at least it wasn’t as bad as Norbit.”
You have been warned… the full review will be available Friday at Past The Popcorn.

LOL ~ wow, Michael ~ tell us how you really feel! I will for sure steer clear of this one when it comes to HBO.

Really? That’s a shame because I LOVE Eddie Murphy.
What happened to that guy….he used to make EXCELLENT flicks! “Beverly Hills Cop” was one of my favorites that he did…along with “48 Hours”.
I want to see “Hog Wild”…have you seen the previews for that? It’s a motorcycle movie!!!

Ishtar revisited?

Ouch. I’ll consider myself warned about that movie! Must be hard to write a review about the worst ones. I have a hard time when I see a really bad play. I always manage honesty, if not candor.
