Ours were only out about four hours Thursday night. Have to admit, I was a bit scared. ...not of the dark...lol, the wind.

Rock-n-Roll!! Oh man-o man..., we lost power here too. We ended up sitting in the dark with our big flashlight in hand, listening to the howl of the wind. At one point I thought we were going to be blown away! There was a loud hum like a freight train and creepy howls, I felt much like Dorothy from Wizard of Oz...all I needed was Toto! I did have our cat...but she was too busy freaking out, no Toto loyalty there! LOL
At work yesterday there was flickering of lights & power, and you could hear occasional..."oh *beep*"....coming from the other cubicles, when the flickers were long enough to bring down the computers. On the up side---At least we had Christmas munchies!
Glad you are all safe and back in the light --- Have a wonderful & relaxing weekend!

We take so much for granted. We don't realize what we have til it's gone.

Glad you're back up & running. Did you have heat, at least?
