The weather did indeed cooperate until I got home... minor showers and a few booms of thunder after that. Yes M, the terrain up this way is incredible! What amazes me most is the variety of scenery available in the NW. We have it all from lush rain forests to red desert landscape that you'd swear was on Mars. And unfortunately Shephard, a full face helmet keeps the wind OFF your face... and the bugs too! One of the less glamerous aspects of riding is the need to scrub bugs off your visor at ever rest stop!

I thought you might be out riding and feeling the wind on your face. :)

God, Michael, what a view. Wait. I'm not calling YOU a god. Well, maybe. In a strange way. Regardless, incredible view. I really miss hills. And mountains. And green. And snow. Sigh.

Can I move now?!
