May 31 @ 10:34 pmI’m listening to the new Hoobastank album, Every Man For Himself. Wow, good stuff. Typically when I listen to a new album at least one track will really hook me. Several managed the feat on this one but so far I think my favorite is “The First Of Me”… I’ve got it playing on repeat right now! I gambled and bought this one without previewing it because I really like this band. Their music has always been thought provoking and I enjoy pondering their lyrics.

Sounds like they’re feeling the heat and pressure of the recording industry’s tendency to label and cookie-cutter bands.
