March 30 @ 8:47 pmIs there anything better than turning around and seeing your 10-year-old daughter bopping along to the songs you listened to when you were young? I’m combing through my collection of 80’s music *ahem* on my computer and turned around to check what she was doing on her computer and found her totally engrossed in my music, dancing in her chair as she plays on “Neopets.”
Ahhh… it warms a father’s heart… ![]()

So, I got home at 2140, which is 9:40 pm for you civilians. I left work at 1830 for a meeting at 1900 and then drove straight home. Bill’s at work so I am sitting here, eating my supper of: whole grain linguine with 1/2 can tongol tuna, veggies, spaghetti sauce and cottage cheese instead of parmesan which by the way happens to be one of my favorite quick bizarre suppers. Not too unhealthy. But I’ll be going to be soon so I can just imagine the wild dreams I’ll get from eating this late, but I am so darn hungry!! Hmm, sheee u waiter.

Ha! I love Herb Alpert!
Joe was singing ~Kiss~ by Princ the other day and I cracked up.
“you don’t have to be rich, to be my girl!” His voice is about as high as Prince’s, too..
Classic.

Wait. When your daughter gets to her mid-teens, your music won’t be so cool. Happened with my boys. They’re in their early 20s now and my music still isn’t cool.
